I found this portal called ProjectOffice.net which for a limited time, offers a project management portal for $0.99 per user.
The portal allows you to track projects and tasks, resources, timesheets, expenses. The portal also has a Wiki, a Calendar.

A friend recommended a great phone service from Google called GrandCentral. The service gives you a free phone number that you may give out to your friends, families, and people you owe money to.
Then when that phone number rings, it will call your cell, home, and work phone simultaneously. That way, no matter where you are, you can get a call.

Jott is a Web 2.0 site found at www.jott.com that gives you a phone number to call to record todos, reminders, and transcribed to send emails to your contacts.
So you call a number, and leave a message, the message is transcribed to text and emailed to people.
The messages are also reviewable on the Jott portal. Good stuff.
