I like having mp3 versions of all my songs, but I have many of them in AAC format.
However, if you have duplicate songs in your iTunes library, there is a free utility called Meta-iPod that can help you remove duplicates.
This utility also allows you to copy songs from your iPod back into iTunes (in case you accidently lost the songs on your PC/MAC). It can also find all the songs in your iTunes library that are not found on your computer.
It has more features and I’m going to try it soon. If you try it, let me know what you think.

I found this portal called ProjectOffice.net which for a limited time, offers a project management portal for $0.99 per user.
The portal allows you to track projects and tasks, resources, timesheets, expenses. The portal also has a Wiki, a Calendar.

A friend recommended a great phone service from Google called GrandCentral. The service gives you a free phone number that you may give out to your friends, families, and people you owe money to.
Then when that phone number rings, it will call your cell, home, and work phone simultaneously. That way, no matter where you are, you can get a call.
